Returns | Exchanges

Please contact us prior to returning to ensure the proper items are resent in a timely manner.
Exchanges and returns are accepted for 14 days after the date of delivery. However our goal is 100% satisfaction, so please contact us in any circumstance.

Step 1

Step 2

Once given authorization, a return address and RMA# will be issued and you may ship your items. Or if you're in the EU and prefer, you can use the following Right of Withdraw form. Here

Items must be returned in their original unwashed condition free from odors, stains, and pet hair. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the items show any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. We do not cover the return shipping cost, but exchanges will be shipped out at no additional cost.

Step 3

Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or store credit will be issued via email.
